Practice natural movements
I was also told that internal martial arts should be done as if you are not doing martial arts at all. To achieve this, one should make sure that all movements are performed in a natural and relaxed way. Practising in this way will develop maximum speed, mobility and strength. Also, when under stress, natural movements are the easiest and quickest to invoke and perform.
